Justin has quite literally changed my life. I hate working out; always have. It wasn't until I met Justin that I actually started to enjoy it, and for the first time, I maintained some level of consistency in my workouts! As a 50 year old professor and an old school Chicano who grew up on the east side but who developed sports hobbies I have very high standards when it comes to my fitness regiment. My trainer has to be knowledgeable like a physical therapist in order to accommodate me when I am unable to do an exercise.
